These general conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between the buyer and jardinternet . Conditions will  apply to all purchases made through the site jardinternet, either professional or particular buyer.

The purchase of ítems by means of this site implies the acceptance of these sale terms by the client.

These terms will prevail over any other general or specific terms , not expressly aproved by jardinternet.

The ítems sold are those which are in the catalogue published in the site jardinternet.

These ítems are sold within the limits of available stock for non-professional use.

The pictures in the catalogue are as precise as posible, but we can not guarantee a perfect similrity with the sold ítem.

Prices

The prices in the catalogue are current prices. We are sorry for any change in IVA that could be reflectd in the items price.

Jardinternet reserves the right to modify the prices at any momento. However, the prices in the catalogue at the momento of the orer will be applied to the client.

Prices do not include shipping, transport and delivery. They are calculated and shown in the order in the site according to your country.

There is no discount for early payment.

Any wrong infotmation provided by the client may delay the order varios days.

Order

The client who wants to buy an ítem must:

All data recorded and confirmed prove the validity of the transaction. The firm validates the acceptance of the transaction.

If due to force majeure, jardinternet could not run the accepted order, the cancellation of the order would require only to return the payments, without interest or compensation.

The seller will send by e-mail the confirmation of the registered order, whenever the client gave a valid e-mail.

For international purchases, a telephone number is required for the transport, so do not forget it.

Payment Conditions

Payment will be made in full in advance and shipping charges.

With credit card, follow the shipping cart in the site.

By bank transfer SWIFT

After registering your order, we reserve the chosen product and confirm the order by mail . The product is reserved for 7 days (date of order ), the time for you to make the transfer. For bank transfers, send by fax or email a copy of the transfer. After the confirmation from our bank or mail of your payment, your order will leave.

Retention of title

Jardinternet retains ownership of the products until full and final payment by the customer. However, the client will be responsable of the product, once it leaves jardinternet facilities.

Deliveries, availability and returns

 If the ordered ítem is in stock, the processing time of the order (validation, payment and preparation) before sending it is 8 to 15 days.

The goods shipped travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, it is essential to be present during delivery and also essential to answer the carrier's email or telephone call to facilitate an appointment time for delivery.

Jardinternet will not be responsible for the return of your order for not having replied to the carrier, the costs of reshipments will be at your expense.

For orders of specific products that require exceptional supply to our supplier, they can take 20 days at most.

"Temporary or permanent unavailability  of products from our suppliers : In case of permanent inavailability, we will reimburse the missing items without delay and no later than 30 days.

However, we can offer you replacement items, with an equivalent quality and price.

In case of temporary unavailability, we will inform you about the date in which the item will be available again. Then, you will have the opportunity to go on with the new date or cancel the order. In  the latter case, we will reimburse the missing items without delay and no later than 30 days.

Receipt of order

During the presentation of the package by the carrier, you must be present for a delivery in the best possible conditions.

After the reception ofthe goods, you must immediately check the condiions of the package and its contents in the presence of the carrier. In case of anomaly (damages, damaged package, broken products ) you must specify the details of delivery and confirm reservations within 48h by e- mail or by mail to the jardinternet company or by registered letter. You must never refuse the package. because it would bring a long return. more than 15 days and extra shipping costs.

By signing the delivery receipt, and the acceptance of the conditions of the delivered godos, without reservation to the reception , no claim for damages during transport will be accepted . Jardinternet, in the sales process by international network is only bound by a means obligation.We can not be responsible for damage caused by the use of the Internet such as data loss , hacking , viruses, break service , or other unintended problems .
