Package transportation

If the ordered ítem is in stock, the processing time of the order (validation, payment and preparation) before sending it is 5 to 7 days. For orders of specific products that require exceptional supply to our supplier, they can take 15 days or more.

"Temporary or permanent unavailability  of products from our suppliers : In case of permanent inavailability, we will reimburse the missing items without delay and no later than 30 days, as provided for in Article L121 items - 3.20 Consumer code.

However, we can offer you replacement items, with an equivalent quality and price.

In case of temporary unavailability, we will inform you about the date in which the item will be available again. Then, you will have the opportunity to go on with the new date or cancel the order. In  the latter case, we will reimburse the missing items without delay and no later than 30 days, as provided for in Article L121 items - 3.20 Consumer code.

Returns:

The goods sent travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. The purchaser must check the condition of the goods and make specific reservations if necessary on the carrier's voucher, in front of the driver. Do not refuse the package, as this would lead to a long return. More than 15 days Any complaint must imperatively reach us by email within 48 hours accompanied by photos proving the damage to the product and its packaging. Otherwise, no recourse, refund, replacement or repair of parts will be possible.

Any return of goods can only be accepted for new goods, in their original condition, not having been the subject of any deterioration and returned in their original sealed packaging and accompanied by all accessories and peripherals delivered with the product, accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will take place after verification of all these elements (within 14 days maximum), but in all cases, only the amount of the returned items will be refunded by bank transfer.
